Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. We ask that clients respect our artists', piercers', and staff's time by providing adequate notice when changes are needed.
By booking an appointment, purchasing jewelry, or receiving services from Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Tattoo Appointments
Each tattoo artist maintains their own booking and deposit policies.
Please review your artist's booking information before scheduling an appointment.
Brandon's Tattoo Deposits
All tattoo deposits with Brandon are non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date only if at least 48 hours' notice is provided before the scheduled appointment time.
Clients who provide less than 48 hours' notice, fail to attend their appointment, arrive excessively late, do not provide proper documentation, or choose to cancel their appointment will forfeit their deposit.
A new deposit may be required to schedule another appointment.
Other Tattoo Artists
Deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policies may vary by artist. Clients are responsible for reviewing and complying with the policies of the artist they choose to book with.
Failure to follow an artist's booking policy may result in forfeiture of deposits and future booking restrictions.
Piercing Appointments
A valid credit or debit card may be required to reserve certain piercing appointments.
We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a piercing appointment.
Clients who provide less than 24 hours' notice, fail to attend their appointment, do not provide proper documentation or follow our piercing policies, or arrive excessively late may be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, declined cancellation fee charges, or excessive rescheduling may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Appointment No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Clients who fail to attend scheduled appointments without notice may be considered no-shows.
Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times, rescheduling, cancellation fees, forfeiture of deposits, or refusal of service if there is insufficient time remaining to safely perform the service.
The decision to proceed with a late appointment is at the discretion of the artist or piercer.
Jewelry Sales
Due to the nature of body jewelry and health regulations, all jewelry sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:

Special-order jewelry

Custom-order jewelry

Worn jewelry

Installed jewelry

Jewelry that has left the studio
Please verify sizing, gemstone selections, metal choices, and product details before purchasing.
Pre-Ordered & Special-Order Jewelry
All special-order and pre-ordered jewelry is ordered specifically for the customer.
Once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer, it cannot be canceled, modified, exchanged, refunded, or credited.
Production and shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If a manufacturer discontinues an item or is unable to fulfill an order, clients may be offered a refund, replacement, or alternative item at our discretion.
Services Rendered
Once a tattoo, piercing, jewelry installation, jewelry change, consultation, or other service has been performed, no refunds will be issued.
Individual healing experiences, anatomy limitations, lifestyle factors, aftercare compliance, and personal preferences can all affect outcomes.
Because these factors are beyond our control, we cannot guarantee specific results and do not provide refunds based on healing outcomes, appearance preferences, discomfort during healing, jewelry fit, or changes in personal taste.
Exceptions
If you believe there has been an error with a charge or service, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.
Any exceptions, credits, refunds, or accommodations are made solely at the discretion of Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio and do not establish a precedent for future requests.
