Welcome to Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing products, or receiving services from Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

General Agreement
By using our website, purchasing products, scheduling appointments, or receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
Services
Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio provides professional tattooing, body piercing, jewelry sales, jewelry installation, jewelry changes, consultations, and related services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, suspected intoxication, unsuitable anatomy, failure to follow studio policies, or circumstances that may compromise the quality or safety of the service.
Age Requirements & Identification
Valid government-issued identification is required for all tattoo and piercing services.
Minors must comply with all Arizona laws and studio policies regarding age restrictions, parental consent, and required documentation.
We reserve the right to refuse service if proper identification or documentation cannot be provided.
Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
Appointment policies may vary between artists and services. By scheduling an appointment with Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio, you agree to the booking, deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policies associated with your selected artist or service.
Tattoo Appointments
Tattoo deposits are non-refundable and secure your artist's reserved time on their schedule.
For appointments with Brandon, deposits may only be transferred to a new appointment date if at least 48 hours' notice is provided prior to the scheduled appointment time. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Each artist may maintain their own booking and deposit policies, which will be communicated during the booking process and are incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Piercing Appointments
A valid credit or debit card may be required to reserve certain piercing appointments.
Clients who fail to provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a piercing appointment, do not bring proper documentation, or do not follow our piercing policies will be subject to a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
No-shows, late cancellations, declined cancellation charges, or repeated rescheduling may result in booking restrictions or refusal of future appointments.
Failure to comply with appointment policies may result in cancellation fees, forfeiture of deposits, and/or future booking restrictions at the discretion of Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio.
Pricing & Payments
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Quotes provided online, by phone, email, social media, or in person are estimates only and may change based on design complexity, anatomy, jewelry selection, service requirements, or other factors determined during your appointment.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.
We reserve the right to require full or partial payment in advance for certain services or special-order products.
Jewelry Sales
All body jewelry sales are considered final due to the nature of body jewelry and hygiene regulations.
Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on jewelry once it has left the studio, except where required by law or specifically outlined in a written warranty policy.
Customers are responsible for verifying jewelry specifications, sizing, gemstone selections, and product details before purchase.
Special Orders & Pre-Ordered Jewelry
Special-order and pre-ordered jewelry is custom ordered specifically for each customer.
Production times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once a special order has been placed with a manufacturer, cancellations, modifications, returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit may not be available.

Jewelry Loss & Security
Body jewelry can occasionally loosen, become damaged, or be lost through everyday wear.
Clients are responsible for routinely checking the security of their jewelry, including threaded and threadless jewelry.
Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio is not responsible for lost jewelry and cannot provide refunds, replacements, or reimbursement for jewelry lost after purchase.
Healing & Aftercare
Healing outcomes vary significantly between individuals.
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by the studio.
Failure to follow aftercare recommendations may result in complications, prolonged healing, irritation, infection, scarring, migration, rejection, poor tattoo healing, pigment loss, or other undesirable outcomes.
Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio cannot guarantee specific healing results.

Information provided by Red Art Tattoo & Piercing Studio, whether in person, online, through social media, by phone, email, or otherwise, is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.
Clients should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical concerns, medications, allergies, health conditions, or complications.
Anatomy & Service Limitations
Not all individuals possess anatomy suitable for every piercing, jewelry style, or tattoo placement.
We reserve the right to decline services when anatomy, skin condition, scarring, health concerns, or other factors may compromise results or increase risks.
No refunds will be provided due to anatomy-related limitations discovered during consultations or appointments.
Touch-Ups & Repairs
Touch-up eligibility, timing, and availability are determined solely by the artists.
Touch-ups may not be available for all services and are not guaranteed.
Touch-up policies may change without notice.
